It is the best kept secret in the real estate business. I was a realtor in the state of kansas for ten years and never heard anyone say anything about being a notary loan signer. There was one agent who was being contragualted because she had secured a job with a title company, no one told as she was a Loan Signing Agent. But now I know that is what she became, I guess if she told us what she was really doing, all the real estate agents would have left real estate and the company would be in need of more experienced agents. Now that I have made up my mind to be a loan signing agent, I will let them know myself.
